Owner Control

One place to run the day.

Perko Control gives an owner the daily command center: today's work, module state, staff access, devices, and close.

The owner problem

Today's operation lives in different tools: reports in one place, access controls in another, devices in a drawer. The owner reconstructs the day from fragments.

Today — a live snapshot

Orders today
How many orders, how much revenue, average ticket — live and updating.
Staff on duty
Who is checked in right now, who is late, and when the next shift change happens.
Issues needing review
Open exceptions, unapproved time, pending counts — everything that needs the owner's attention in one list.

Module state at a glance

Module readiness
Which modules are configured, active, or paused. A green bar means the module is operating. Amber means it needs attention.
Dependency checks
If Inventory is paused, the system flags that recipe costing and consumption will degrade. No silent failures.
Activation controls
The owner activates or pauses modules per location. Hiding a module is never authorization.

Staff access by role

Role‑based permissions
Owner, manager, cashier, kitchen, inventory manager — each role sees only the surfaces they need.
Access mode controls
A user can configure, operate, read, or settle — independent of role. A cashier who can only operate cannot change menu prices.
Audit trail
Every role change, access grant, and revocation is logged with the actor, target, and timestamp.

Devices and sync

Device management
Every tablet, terminal, and display visible in the control panel. OS version, app version, last sync.
Sync health
Green means the device is current. Red means it's behind — the owner knows before the shift starts.
Offline resilience
A device that loses connectivity keeps operating. When it reconnects, commands replay in order.

Guided daily close

Sequential checklist
Reconcile orders, verify tender totals, confirm stock counts, review labour — in order. Each step gates the next.
Non‑waivable blockers
A variance that exceeds the configured threshold blocks close. The owner must review and acknowledge.
Immutable close snapshot
A closed day is sealed. Sales, labour, margin, and exceptions are locked into a permanent daily record.
