Workforce
Every shift, accounted for.
Plan shifts, verify attendance, resolve exceptions, and give every employee a clear time and earnings record.
One team. Three versions of the truth.
Schedules sit in spreadsheets, changes in chat, and arrivals elsewhere. By payday, managers rebuild the week.

Schedule with the week in view
- Week board
- A visual week with every shift. Drag to adjust, click to assign. Published once reviewed.
- Role‑based scheduling
- Define roles (barista, kitchen, manager). Assign people to shifts by role.
- Published = committed
- Once the schedule is published, every staff member sees their week. Edits create an auditable change record.
Attendance and time
- Check‑in at the venue
- Staff verify arrival and departure on a shared terminal. Each check‑in is timestamped and geo‑tagged.
- Break and return
- Record meal breaks and returns. The terminal stays on the attendance screen during operating hours.
- Late and missed
- A late arrival or missed shift is flagged immediately. The manager sees it in real time, not on payday.
Exceptions and corrections
- Forgot to check out
- A missing departure creates a flagged shift visible to both the staff member and the manager.
- Time correction
- The manager can correct a time record. Every correction is logged with who made it and when.
- Swap and cover
- A staff member can request a swap. The manager approves. The schedule updates without a spreadsheet edit.
Approval and earnings
- Payable time approval
- The owner reviews and locks the approved time at the end of the pay period. Locked time cannot be changed.
- Tip allocation
- Reviewed tip distribution based on hours worked. Visible to the owner only.
- Personal earnings statement
- Each staff member sees their own hours, approved time, corrections, and earnings across every period.
